The survey “Pulse of Public Services” is a barometer that collects twice a year the views of leaders of public services about the current and future economic outlook. Since spring 2013, important information were published on questions related to investment, employment and what could be called the growth “limitators” in Public Services.
This survey is conducted twice a year and the outcomes feed into the discussions that take place during the European Tripartite Social summit, a summit bringing together European cross-industry social partners, including CEEP, with the highest European policy-makers.
This survey is managed by CEEP, the European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services, with the support of its “Macro-Economic Task Force”.
